Hi, we are Re:Business, a new network for people working on positive change.
In a world where sustainability demands action yesterday, collaboration is key to unlocking solutions. That’s why we created Re:business—a space to learn, share, and connect with like-minded changemakers who are making an impact.
Our mission? To build a regenerative community, grounded in honest conversations about victories and challenges.
We organize six meetups per year at De Groene Afslag.
The Re:Business network was founded by:

Marianne van Leeuwen helps companies design and build circular business models, most recently at Decathlon.
Marianne’s background is in digital. She co-founded several internet start-ups and worked as a consultant on digital innovation for over 20 years. Then she decided to pivot to sustainability and use her skills and knowledge for sustainable innovation and regenerative strategies.
As an avid cyclist, Marianne is dedicated to making professional cycling more sustainable.
She has been a member of the National Cycling Federation and the UCI sustainability working group and currently is a board member of Cycling4Climate.
Marianne studied Philosophy in Frankfurt. She is married and has a 20-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son.

Frédérique Moolenbeek is an Amsterdam based strategic designer with a global mindset.
She thrives at the intersection of business, sustainability, and innovation. With a commercial instinct and an equally creative approach, she aims to turn big ideas into real-world impact.
Driven by the belief that business should be a force for regeneration, not just sustainability, she leads bold initiatives that reshape businesses from the inside out. Her work is about breaking silos, shaping the future before it arrives, and designing businesses that thrive by doing good.
As the initiator of the re:Business Network and chairman of the Fat Forest Foundation, she intends to walk the talk of making impact.

Inge Demoed is the driver of sustainability programs at Thuiswinkel.org, helping the e-commerce sector transition towards a more sustainable future.
With a background in digital strategy and innovation, she combines vision with execution, building initiatives that deliver real results and impact.
Inge is co-founder of Re:Business network, co-chair of the ShoppingTomorrow expert group “Circular Shopping in 2030”, moderator of the Shopping Awards Sustainability jury and member of Chicks for Innovation. She builds bridges between technology, strategy, and sustainable impact.
